Way to Make Neon Colors Brighter and Easier

There is a quicker and easier way to paint neon colors on your nails than painting multiple layers and waiting for each layer to dry.  The first step is optional, but your paint on favorite base coat.  Next, paint a thick white coat of polish.  After the white polish is completely dry, paint on one layer of neon polish and notice that the color pops out already with only one coat.  Finally, seal it with a top coat.  This process is less time consuming and the colors come out more cheery and bright.
