| Materials: Light blue polish, white polish, clear polish, toothpick, and makeup sponge I used Dreamer by Revlon (blue), Never Been Kissed by Wet n Wild (white), and Fast Drying Top Coat by Wet n Wild. |

| Paint on two coats of light blue polish. |
Sponge on white polish on tip for the snow on the ground.
Use the toothpick to dab on white dots randomly for falling snow.
