Darkly Cracked Tips

It was about time I did another French Manicure.  I love doing them because they're fast and super easy to do.  I didn't paint a base coat so it would be easier to remove.  I painted two coats of purple for the tips.  Originally, I wanted to have a gradient effect fading to black, but then, I decided to take a cotton swab and randomly dab on some black polish to give it a darker shade.  You can kind of see where I dabbed on the black because the black polish has very tiny sparkles in it.  On the thumb, I painted a thick coat of silver crackle for something different.

Purple: Flair by Sally Hansen, Black: Heavy Metal by Wet n' Wild, Silver Crackle: Silver Shatter by OPI

The silver and purple go very well together.
